Thinking of John M. Gestel today - it´s hard to believe it´s been another year.

I still miss you, John. Your sharp humor, your laugh, the way you could turn even the most ordinary moment into something unforgettable. There isn´t a WWE moment that goes by where I don´t think of what you´d say, or how you´d break it down with that classic grin.

I often catch myself wondering what you´d think of everything going on in the world now - politics, sports, the wild headlines, even just life. You always had something to say, and I wish I could hear your take one more time.

You left too soon, but you´re never far from my thoughts. Until we meet again at the end of time.

I would like to give my condolences. I remember all the things we did and all the places we went as a group. Two of the things I remember best are going to my only professional WWE event and the friendly arguments about what to do on our birthdays as his was the day before mine. We will miss him.

John was a good friend to my husband and his group of friends. I have so many wonderful memories of going to movies, conventions and Chicago with John. He was gentle, kind, and very funny. I can't see him dancing, like it was yesterday.....as an avid wrestling fan, he incorporated these classic moves into very entertaining dance moves! Life is short and we have already missed you for a while now, I always thought you would see another movie with us soon.....God Bless you John. And Mrs. Gestel, we are going to put together some pictures and send them to you. We are sorry for your families loss. Dan and Leslie
