Susan Josephine Milos nee Spiczak, age 74 (born 3/19/1949), of Plainfield, formerly of Lyons passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on January 28th, 2024. Beloved wife of Joseph Milos. Loving mother of Nora (Brian) Buzecky, Pamela Susanne (Judson) Valstad, and Jessica Milos. Dear grandmother of Kelsey Buzecky, Sara and Samuel Valstad. Fond sister of Dorothy Spiczak, Judy (Daniel) Abraham, the late James Spiczak, and the late Connie (Dennis) Sobieski. Devoted daughter of the late Franklin Spiczak and the late Genevieve Sturlis.
Susan retired from Citibank after 30 years. She enjoyed being with her grandchildren, playing bingo at St. Rene's and the LaGrange VFW, she was an avid reader, loved puzzles, and enjoyed hosting Fourth of July annually.
Visitation 4pm to 9pm on Thursday, February 1st, at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Service same day and location at 6:30pm. Funeral info: 708-352-6500
