Thomas A. Slager passed due to complications from pneumonia.
Preceeded in death by his dad, David Slager, all grandparents, several aunts and an uncle.
Survived by his mom, Annie Slager (nee Snead) of Joliet, IL; brother, Timothy Slager of Romeoville, IL; sisters, Teresa Slager of San Diego, CA and Tina Esquivel (Mike) of Romeoville, IL; nephews, Jay Schelke (Kristyl) of Bourbonnais, IL and Landon Esquivel of Romeoville, IL; and a great nephew; nieces, Madeleine Berkel (Ryan) of Portland, OR and Kayla and Kiera Esquivel of Romeoville, IL; great aunts/uncles, aunts/uncles and cousins too numerous to mention.
Tom was a devoted son, brother and uncle. He was an avid NASCAR and Chicago Cubs fan. He had a heart of gold and was always willing to help anyone in need. He had a keen sense of humor and always made people laugh. He will be sorely missed.
