Wanda Ferencik Obituary

Wanda L. Ferencik (nee McCann) of Lockport passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 16, at Encore Memory Care in Bolingbrook.
A native of Effingham, IL, Wanda was the daughter of the late John D. McCann and Ethel Pearl (Dart) McCannn. She was preceded in death by her late husband of 69 years, Raymond W. Ferencik; sons, Richard and Michael; her siblings John (Pat) McCann of Centralia, IL, Norma (Robert) Toothaker of Kankakee, Doris (George) Kapella of Joliet, Donald (Polly) McCann of New Jersey and Jacquelyn (Richard) Hosbach of North Carolina.
Wanda is survived by her daughter, Robin (John) Rowens; granddaughter, Kelly Rowens; and numerous nieces and nephews.
At her request, Wanda was cremated, and the memorial service and tribute for both Wanda and Raymond are still being planned.
May she rest in eternal peace.
