Mary Snyder Obituary
She was born on Oct. 1, 1909 in Wolcott to the late Harry and Lena (Reprogel) Davis. On Oct. 29, 1929 she married Ernest Snyder in Wolcott and he preceded her in death Dec. 13, 1995.
Mary was a mother and homemaker. It was an honor for her to take care of her family and she loved being a grandmother.
She enjoyed time spent working in her garden.
She was a member of the Reynolds United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her children, Richard R. Snyder, Monticello, William E. (Nancy) Snyder, Miamisburg, Ohio, Connie S. (Edward) Bailey, Santee, Calif.; nine grandchildren, Linda S. Snyder, Reynolds, Richard E. Snyder, Logansport, Cathy Snyder, Monticello, Shari Nichols, Frankfort, Jeffrey (Jennifer) Snyder, Indianapolis, Tina (Brian) Bailey-Johnson, El Cajon, Calif., Edward (Nancy) Bailey, Lakeside, Calif., Gregory and Bradley Snyder, Ohio; eight great-grandchildren, Zachary, Adam, and Andrew Nichols, Jacob Snyder, Sophia Snyder, Chelsa Snyder, and Jessica and Christina Bailey; one great-great grandson, Bentlee McBride; and former daughter-in-law, Dee Snyder.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Ruth Ann Snyder; and a daughter-in-law, Birdie R. Snyder.
Graveside funeral services will be at 12:15 p.m. Saturday at Riverview I.O.O.F Cemetery with Rev. Glen Knepp of the Reynolds United Methodist Church officiating.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Reynolds United Methodist Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.

We are very heart broken on the passing of my Aunt Mary. Our love and prayers go out to her children. What a loving person she was and she lived a wonderful life of almost 105 years. I first met her in 2000. I wish I could of known her sooner, but life is strange sometimes. We are blessed for knowing her for fourteen years. God Bless her and all of her family. Love you all.
