Anthony J. Daniello

Anthony Joseph Daniello, 79 of Surfside Beach, SC. passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday September 24, 2008 with his wife of 54 years Dorothy Manger Daniello and their children by his side.

Anthony was born and raised in Norwalk to his beloved parents Orazio and Louise Pascarella Daniello. He was a graduate of Norwalk High School class of 1947. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and was a lifetime member of The Laurel Athletic Club and St. Ann's Club. He was employed by Wagner Pools until he retired in 1991. After his retirement, Tony and Dottie lived for 13 years on Topsail Island NC, where they enjoyed the sun and beach with their newly found friends. They settled in Surfside Beach SC in 1994 with their daughter Barbara and her husband Bob Kaiser, where they continued to enjoy their lives.

In addition to his wife Dorothy, he is survived by his children: Barbara and Bob Kaiser, Patty and Alan Dick, Tony and Cheryl Daniello of Norwalk, Thomas and his companion Dominick Tancredi of White Plains NY., Diane Mammone of Westport, Joanne and Edward Howard of New Milford CT, nine grandchildren, Tricia, Melissa, and Cara Dick, Heather and Dennis Dustin, Anthony and Bryan Daniello, Jade Mammone, Danielle Cambareri and Matthew Howard. Also remembering Tony is his brother Fred Daniello of Norwalk, brothers and sisters in laws, many nieces, nephews, cousins and many loving friends. In addition to his parents he was pre-deceased by his brothers Dominick and Frank Daniello, sister Barbara Valerioti, and a daughter Linda Daniello.

There are no calling hours. Friends are invited to a memorial mass of Christian burial on Saturday October 11, 2008, at 10:00 am, St. Matthews Catholic Church Norwalk CT; followed by a burial service at St. John's Cemetery on Richards Ave, Norwalk.
