We never called her Barbara. It was always Mrs. Riley as we had the utmost respect for her. She was a wonderful, kindhearted woman who brought both of our families their Communion almost every Sunday. She was a beautiful soul, and she was loved by so many. We never got to have our lunch together, Joan, Mrs. Riley and I. COVID came along and we never got together. We talked about it and we always looked for her at church. Paul came to our tag sale, he was our best customer. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and all those who had the pleasure of knowing such a beautiful and gracious woman. May the Lords Peace be with you at this time of mourning. With our deepest sympathies, The Mangone & Falzone families.

I have know Barbara since we both joined the Catholic Lay Extension in 1965-66. She was sent to Wiggins, MS where she served admirably. I was sent to Charleston, Missouri where I met my first wife. After she died in 2016, I renewed our friendship and met her wonderful husband Paul on three occasions. So sorry to hear of her demise. I know Paul must be devastated. Our prayers go with him and their family, especially Jeanie whom I met in Wiggins in 1966. Best Bill and Anna Borst
