Frank J. Santo Sr. passed away peacefully at Stamford Hospital on Wednesday, September 15, 2021. Frank was born May 29, 1958, in Norwalk, CT to the late Franklin and Loretta Santo.
Frank married his high school sweetheart Karen Santo (Bouchard) on October 15, 1977, they enjoyed many years together and the beautiful family they created. Frank is survived by his son Frank Santo Jr. (Jessica Santo), daughter Kristen Ruggieri (William Ruggieri) and daughter Alexis Van Wart (Jeremy Van Wart). He is also survived by the 9 loves of his life, his grandchildren, Frankie III, Scarlett, William, Lorenzo, Gabriella, Jamie, Jeremy, Alana and Ava, his two sisters Joyce Abate, Geri Braddock (William Braddock), 1 nephew, 5 nieces and 7 great nieces and nephews, all of Norwalk, CT. Frank was predeceased by his beloved mother-in-law Mary Bouchard and his beloved brother-in-law Robert "Iggy" Abate.
Frank loved nothing more than being with his family. Aside from "husband" and "dad", "Papa" was his favorite title and his biggest honor.
Frank was loved by many and will be truly missed. He loved spending time with his family and friends, taking family vacations and he had a passion for music. He was one of a kind, and he shared his heart and home with everyone. He had a heart of gold and would be there to help anyone in need.
We lost an angel here on earth the day God called Frank home.
