Helen Higgins 85 of Norwalk passed away on October 1, 2021. She was born on June 14th, 1936 in Norwalk and grew up in New Canaan. She is survived by her husband of 56 years Carl Higgins and two daughters Joanne Fox and her husband Richard Fox of Monroe and Heather Thebodo and her husband Daniel Thebodo of Newtown. She had 3 grandchildren Brian Fox, Shannon Fox and Loren Thebodo. Helen has a sister Elizabeth Belli and her husband Dr. Leonard Belli of Sarasota, FL and a brother Peter Ludwig and his wife Loretta Ludwig of Norwalk. She also had 4 nieces and 1 nephew and many grandnieces and grandnephews.
Helen was predeceased by her mother and father Loren and Christine Ludwig of New Canaan and her brother Loren Ludwig also from New Canaan.
There are no services planned at this time.
