My Uncle Jim was such a caring man and was always there to help me out. I will never forget all the stories he told, playing the quitar, and the many cookouts with baked clams. You will never be forgotten. Love you always.

To all who knew my Uncle Jim,
My uncle Jim was a man’s man and I will forever miss him. It was very difficult for me to see his decline the last few years for my memories are of a big strong quick witted ex-marine who forgot more about site work than some will ever know. During my younger years I spent much time with him, aunt Idea and my cousin Jim. My childhood memories of Uncle Jim will always be treasured and I will miss him. I have to believe he is in a better place today and one day we shall meet again in spirit. - Love, Fred Jr.

Dad Whipple,
I know that my Father in Law is in a better place then where you have been over the past few months. Your witting, charming and happy go lucky personality will be missed by me. You could always make me laugh even on your last days with us.
You thought you were so rough and tough but I could see through your exterior and was able to see real man your were. The sweet, caring heart you had inside of you for your Family.
It gives me great comfort knowing that you will be there again for your Family and hopefully you will have some stuff calms waiting for me on my day arrival. Please don't forget the HOT SAUCE and one fo your Martini's.
I will keep you in my HEART forever and OUR FONDEST Memories will never be forgotten.
I will Love you forever!!!

I know my Uncle Jim is in a better place. I too will miss his sense of humor, that pineapple upside cake, those delicious peppers, his chicken vegetable soup, and many happy memories as a child. "I love you Uncle Jim, we will carry your spirit in our hearts always." Lauren

My Uncle Jim was an incredible man. He had a huge magnetic heart and had the ability to make others laugh. I will always remember his quick wit and his pineapple upside down cake. I will always savor our wonderful family gatherings in Vermont. I will always love you..... Holley
