Grant Jakubowski Obituary
Memorial service and celebration of Grant's life will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 4, at All Faiths Funeral Home. A gathering of family and friends will be from 10:30 until service time.
Grant was born May 4, 1983, in Colorado Springs, Colo., the son of Chuck and Cheri (Duering) Jakubowski. He made his home in Mesa, Ariz., and attended Central Christian Church of Mesa.
Artistic and creative, Grant was very good at anything mechanical or requiring construction.
He is survived by his fiancée, Kiara Ward; his mother, Cheri Jakubowski; his father, Chuck Jakubowski, and his wife, Dorleen; two sisters, Vanessa Jakubowski and Alysia Jakubowski; and a brother, Jeremy Jakubowski.
A kind and wonderful uncle, he is also survived by his nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
Memorials are suggested Grant's family to be designated at a later date.

I miss my brother very much and I'm sad that I won't get that surprise visit ever again. But I find comfort in knowing that he is up there looking out for me in spirit knowing that he was my brother.
