Judith Collins Obituary
November 21, 1943 - October 6, 2024
Judith (Judy) Collins passed away peacefully in her sleep on 10/6/2024.
Judy was married to Gerald Collins and had one son Jeff Collins. She also had 1 grandson (Marcus Collins) and 2 great Grandchildren. Judy was preceded in death by her parents (Ed & Helen Hennings) and her husband Gerald. Judy was loved by many. She had great relationships with her cousins and extended family. Judy and Gerald successfully operated "Gerald's Roffler Family Hair Center" in Grand Island for nearly 40 years before retiring and moving to Hurricane Utah. In Utah, Judy made MANY friends and was involved in various activities through the years. Judy loved Nebraska football. She also loved making her friends feel loved and remembered. Judy had enormous faith in Jesus Christ as her Savior and Lord. Per her wishes, as with my father, she will be cremated, and eventually her and my father will be placed in the Grand Island cemetery. She wanted no funeral or service. Please remember my mother and my father fondly they were both wonderful parents and grandparents. Thank you for taking a moment to read this.

My heart aches for the loss of my dear frien Judy. She always made me feel like I was the most important person on earth. Even when she was having a bad day, she´d show live. She never missed my birthday. I could always expect a phone call on my special day. She will never be forgotten. So glad she made it home to Jesus! How can you be sad about that?! I love you Judy.

Rest in peace now, Judy my friend of a lifetime. I am missing you so much. We shared so much in our 52 year friendship. You will never be gone to me, and we will meet again someday, thanks to our Savior Jesus Christ.
