I have fond memories of Randy over the years. Randy is a childhood friend and one of the kindest people I´ve known. Dick and I were able to see Randy fairly often at Good Samaritan where we visited my parents and Randy visited his mother. So glad we could reconnect again in the last few years. We will miss you Randy!

I had forgotten a title he held. He was the "Official Commissioner" of the Midnight Basketball League, naturally played in cold weather wearing cowboy boots, after a few cocktails and at the Old Wasmer school's Asphalt courts.

He was naturally called "Magic Johnson". What a fun guy...!

I am going to miss Randy. He was a genuine friend all the way back since sixth grade and playing basketball, baseball and softball together thru the all the years to the very end. Great memories with Randy and they were fun ones. He was very caring and looked out for family and friends. Always enjoyed talking to him and his sense of humor. Kept in contact thru all the years via phone and he always wanted to know about everybody. Randy was a special friend who will be missed dearly.

Again, farewell good frie lot nd. even though we haven't spoke to each other in over 50 years doesn't matter. Randy was a pillar of a friend, pillar in his life works, pillar of who he was, pillar and a great human being. I've lost a lot of classmates most recently and years before and it is sad for me to see another. But, it never means goodbye never.

My deepest sympathy to Randy´s family and friends. Randy was always so kind, and fun to be around. We went to school together, watched games at the Platt Duetsche, and enjoyed our class of `75 reunion get togethers. You couldn´t meet a nicer guy. Now he is at peace and in God´s loving arms.

May God Bless you Randy.
Randy and I were High school and baseball buddies, and linked back up when I was on leave from the military as well as after I got out. My wife Kitty and I even shared a trip to Hawaii with Randy. We were friends until we moved from GI back in 1994. We had many fun and daring memories together!
We recently linked back up via phone calls and text and I am so glad we did. I´ll miss my friend Randy. God Bless ya man and see ya on the other side.

Wow, I did Not even know RJ was seriously ailing. RJ was a kind, funny, trustworthy and wise dude. Knew him all thru school, Golf, Rugby, and the fellowship of USPS friends. Always spoke highly of folks. Great sense of humor. As a Cosmic event we first met as RJ and I were both hospitalized at the OLD SFMC at the same time, and in the same 4 bed "Ward". (1961) He will be missed. God take care of this good man.

cousin Randy , for the past 2 years we've been keeping in touch with each other when Nebraska football and volleyball games were being played, we had fun analyzing what they need to do to win games. I hadn't heard from you in a few days and was getting concerned, then I got the call? R.I.P. Randy, going to miss texting you , I'll keep the husker spirit going but it won't be quite the same .
