March 2, 2025
William J. "Bill" Mach, 77, of Grand Island, Nebraska passed away Sunday, March 2, 2025 at The Heritage at Sagewood in Grand Island.
A visitation and rosary will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 6, 2025 at St. Mary's Cathedral in Grand Island.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, March 6, 2025 at the church. Father Jorge Canela will officiate the service.
Interment will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Grand Island.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are kindly suggested to St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital.
Livingston-Sondermann Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

I was a Deputy at the Sheriffs Department in Blair when I met Bill when he stopped in to the office. He was one of the Troopers that I met and he and the others were the reason I applied for the Patrol and I started camp 21 a year after Bill. I am so sorry for your loss.God Bless.
