Frank LOVED Eva Mae and also taking his dogs for their walks around the neighborhood. He would stop me when i was mowing their yard in order to pay me and to just take a moment and talk about anything and everything. I was shocked to hear of his passing, but I know he's in a better place now and Eva Mae is with her family. God bless them ALL.

DEAR MUSGRAVE FAMILY,
Mr. Musgrave was one of the very few teachers I loved dearly. He was passionate about his students and he gave us his absolute best 100% of the time. There aren't many teachers lke him. I am going to be 60 in March, and I remember him like it was yesterday. His lessons lasted a lifetime. His humorous nature and his wonderful manner will always be with me. RIP Mr. Musgrave...you are the best of the best.

My thoughts, sympathy, and especially prayers go out to Eva Mae and family. Frank was a sweet, kind, and entertaining joke teller...I will never forget his chuckle, his smile, his stories...and even though I'm not a Yankee fan, I will always think of Frank when I see those pinstripes!! The world was a better place with him in it...and he left a little bit of himself in his kids, grandkids, and all the students that he taught...thanks Frank, I know I'm a better person just from knowing you!! You will be sorely missed!!

So sad to learn of Frank's passing. Such a kind, gentle man. Not a mean bone in his body and you just knew that you would never hear gossip or nasty rumors pass his lips. He was truly a man of integrity. As Christina said, "He's walking (dragging?!) Winston in Heaven now."

Frank Musgraves, my dear friend and biggest advocate, may you rest in peace and may you, Eva Mae, be comforted at this time of mourning. You well know that you and Frank were my biggest advocates over these past several months and I will miss Frank dearly. I will miss his weekly stories and the jokes he told every time I mowed t your lawn. Frank ALWAYS had a smile and friendly hand shake for me and always asked how I was doing. He was a man with a huge heart and wanted the best for me and those around him. He loved Eva Mae dearly and also his dogs, Winston and now Fred. I'll miss seeing him walking Fred around the block with Frank wearing his infamous Yankees jacket. Frank fought diligently to keep the Village intact during the recent dissolution attempt and I believe he was one of the main reasons I was able to keep my job with the Village. I will miss him and I will pray daily for the healing of your heavy heart Eva Mae. May you find peace in the days and months ahead and comfort in knowing how loved Frank truly was. Love you Eva Mae.

My Professor, my adviser, my mentor, the man who got me (and my wife) our teaching jobs, my role model, and my friend. The smartest man I ever met and maybe the most moral. A legend, and we all know about legends: legends never die. I will miss your smiling face, wonderful sense of humor, and your kind words. You will always be my hero!
