John Forgatch Obituary
John Forgatch, lifetime resident of Ithaca, passed away peacefully Thursday, June 8 at Cayuga Medical Center surrounded by Lee Baker, his sister, Randy his brother in-law, and Sterling Avery, his best friend for 27 years. John was a "Jack of all trades" who could fix, grow, and make anything. He will be remembered for his love of all music. He is survived by his daughter, Yolanda Forgatch, grandson DeAngelo Amaya, brother J. Scott Forgatch, sister Kristen Forgatch and Uncles, Aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his father, John L. Forgatch. A Celebration of John's life will be held Tuesday June 20, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at Bangs Funeral Home With Rev. Scott Mosley officiating. Burial with full Military Honors will be private.
