Grandma,
You were such a wonderful role model for me growing up; always living life to the fullest surrounded by those that meant the most. You always looked like perfection and wore a friendly smile. I will miss you dearly, but feel secure in the memories I am so fortunate to have. We will speak of you fondly and often and keep your energy and spirit alive!
...So grieve a while for me if grieve you must. Then let your grief be comforted by trust. It's only for a while that we must part, so bless the memories within your heart. And then, when you must come this way alone. I'll greet you with a smile, and "Welcome Home".

Seeing Lois' cheerful picture in the paper reminded me of her warmth and generosity. Whether it was one of your big parties, one of your smaller gatherings, or a quick hello somewhere in town, being with you and Lois always made me feel welcome. I'm sorry for your loss,
