He was survived by his sons, Derek Madsen of Newton and Aaron Madsen of Chicago; grandchildren, Claudia Madsen and Logan Madsen, both of Chicago; brother, Jeff Madsen of Peabody; sister, Phyllis Reisch of Wichita; niece, Angela Vogelman; and nephew, Derek Kinsey.

I was sorry to hear of Ronnie's death. We were scholmates for many years, beginning in Kindergarten I think. Condolences to his family.
