Anita Diane Riggins

Anita Diane Moser Riggins, 60, died Thursday, Oct. 17, 2013.
A service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, at Mahaffey Chapel, McLean Funeral Directors. The Rev. Doug Pate will officiate. Interment will follow at Lancaster Memorial Park in Lancaster.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21, at McLean Funeral Directors of Lancaster.
 Mrs. Riggins was born Jan. 3, 1953 in Lancaster. She was the daughter of the late John Henry Moser and Amy Diane Rollings Moser. She had a heart of gold and touched all who knew and loved her. She worked for Walmart in Indian Land. 
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by grandson, Joshua Barrs Jr.
 Mrs. Riggins is survived by her husband of 30 years, Wayne Riggins; sons and daughter-in-law, Cliff Snipes and wife, Elizabeth, of Lexington Park, Md. and Devin Riggins of Lancaster; daughters and sons-in-law, Vickey Hensley and husband, Tommy, of Lancaster, Misty McCoy and Rob of Charlotte; and Lacy Riggins and fiancé, Josh Barrs, of Great Falls; brother, Jerry Moser of Lexington; grandchildren, Jax Tripp, and Cain McCoy of Charlotte, D.J. and Madison Hensley of Lancaster, Madison Snipes of Lexington Park, Md. and Nicholas Barrs of Great Falls.
