Christopher Michael Jordan

1982 - 2021

Christopher Michael Jordan"CJ" died in a motorcycle accident at the age of 39 on June 21, 2021.
He was a humorous loving son, stepson, father, brother and friend to many. Christopher is survived by his daughter, Nekieya C. Jordan (her mother, Shankia Howze), his fiancée, Stevie Ann Falb; mother, Mary McGowan and stepfather, Gary Barcelona; brothers, Timothy Jordan and his wife, Rachel, and niece, Kaleigh Jordan, and Zachary McGowan and his wife, Paola, and nephew Isaac; sister, Sharon Jordan Chamness and her husband, Jacob Chamness, and nieces, Autumn, Aubrey and Allie and nephew, Colton; grandmothers, Mildred Jordan and Mary Linda Thomason and her husband, John Thomason; and grandfather, Edward McGowan. Christopher Jordan is preceded in death by his father, James M. Jordan; and grandfather, Furman Jordan.
Christopher was born in Lancaster on June 10, 1982. He moved to Colorado in 1990 and lived here until 1993. He then lived in Lancaster until 2010. In 2010, he returned to Colorado and lived in Colorado Springs and different areas of Denver.
He loved cutting hair and meeting new people. He loved to see what new cuts he could do. He was never afraid of a hard day's work. He was always willing to help where and when he could.
He loved his nephew Isaac and was always willing to play and take him to the park or just hang out. He loved his daughter Nekieya to the moon and back. He loved children and they loved him. He also loved his dogs. Chris always had a dog or two at one time or another, which loved him unconditionally.
His catchphrase, as many who know and love him will tell you was, "DEEZ…" Christopher exemplified what it meant to live life in the moment.
His family will hold a celebration of life at a later date to be determined.
