Visitation is 1-2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, at Jerry Hartley Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. at Jerry Hartley Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Douglas Presbyterian Church Cemetery
Born Oct. 9, 1946, in Lancaster, S.C. to Edward Crawford Gooch Jr. and Ruth (Starnes) Gooch.
Survivors: husband of 59 years, Jimmy Roger Williams; son, Jimmy Scott Williams; daughter, Keta Williams Carter; grandson, Derrick Connor Stogner; sister, Diane Gooch Faulkner; brother, Dewey Danford Mincey.
Predeceased by parents and brother, Charles Edward Gooch.
Jerry Hartley Funeral Home, Lancaster.
