Diane Wooten Obituary
Diane Alice McLeod Wooten, age 66 of Clarksville, went to be with her Heavenly Father onTuesday, December 11, 2012 at Gateway Medical Center. Sykes Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, December 13, 2012 at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Michael Oliver officiating. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 and 11 a.m. until the hour of the service on Thursday, December 13, 2012 at the funeral home.
She was born August 6, 1946 in Detroit, MI to Gordon Ross and the late Lily Vanneck. She was also preceded in death by a brother, David McLeod.
She retired from Food Services Department of the Montgomery County School System and was a member of Olivet Free Will Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Wendell Wayne Wooten, Sr.; son, Wendell Wayne (Sandy) Wooten, Jr.; daughters, Cynthia Carol Wooten (Bret) Appleton, Diana Irene (Zach) Pelham; grandchildren, Ginger Tucker, Forest Tucker and Canaan Tucker.
Pallbearers will be Forest Tucker, Canaan Tucker, Zach Pelham, Graham Stewart, Bobby Clark and Ross Clark.
