Infant Mia Trinity Conley, Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 6 p.m., Monday, December 7, 2015 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until the hour of service on Monday at the funeral home.
Mia was born November 6, 2015 in Nashville, TN.
She is survived by her parents, Timothy and Salina Salazar Conley; brothers, Javier Szabo, Gabriel Szabo, Nathaniel Conley; sisters, Illiana, Kiara, Leilani, Serenity, and her twin, Macaria Conley; paternal grandparents, Mike and Debbie Conley; maternal grandparents, John and Loretta Salazar.
