BRANNEN, 85
LAKELAND - Barbara J. Brannen, age 85, of Lakeland, FL, passed away on 2/22/12 from heart failure at Oakbridge Health Care.
Barbara was born on 1/29/1927 in Lakeland, FL, and resided in Lakeland her whole life. She loved all children and was a mother to everyone and called "Nanny" by kids.
Barbara was preceded in death by husband Robert Brannen, her son Timothy Brannen and her daughter Lynnette Brannen.
Barbara is survived by son Thomas Brannen; sister Delores Messoras; grandchildren Kris Jacomet, Thomas Brannen, Jr., Savannah Brannen, Jamie Day, and Todd Geiger.
Memorial services will be on 2/28/2012, 6PM at Central Florida Casket Store & Funeral Chapel.

Tommy, I am not sure if you remember my family or not but my step-dad used to work for your dad at Blue Seal. I remember your mom taking us to the kiddy shows, you, me (Debbie) and my brother Billy. My moms name is Sammy Fullerton. My prayers are with your family at this time, as you guys were there when Billy got killed at his work in 1975...I guess she will be seeing him too. Love, Debbie Dail
