AUBURNDALE - Mrs. Catherine Price Steadman, age 93, a resident of Auburndale, Florida passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at the Azalea Manor Nursing Home in Orlando due to natural causes.
Mrs. Steadman was born September 20, 1914 in Giles County, Tennessee to Wiley and Ida Wright Price. Mrs. Steadman was a resident of Auburndale since 1947 coming from Tennessee. She was a retired grader for Adams Packing and a member of the Lena Vista Baptist Church in Auburndale.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Garland Steadman; son Garland Ray Steadman, Sr.; 1 brother and 1 sister. She is survived by 1 grandson Ray Candi Steadman of Lakeland, FL., 1 granddaughter Jean Keator of Orlando, FL., 3 great grandchildren Joseph Tessitore, Clark Keator, and Laura Keator.
Funeral services will be held 11 00 AM Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at the Kersey Funeral Home with interment to follow at the Auburndale Memorial Park. Visitation will be held before service Tuesday, July 29, 2008 from 10 00 till 11 00 AM at the funeral home.

Mrs. Steadman was a good neighbor of mine a truly good friend. I will miss her but I know she is in a wonderful place now singing with the angels. May God be with the family and give them the comfort they need.
