MULBERRY - Eugene O. Bohner, 68, passed away July 12, 2008 at home due to heart failure.
Mr. Bohner was born in Lykens, Pa. on Oct. 19, 1939 to Owen & Grace (King) Bohner. He moved to Mulberry six years ago from Harrisburg, Pa. He was a clerk for D.O.T. State of Pennsylvania. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, a member of Trinity Baptist Church, Lakeland, Fl., and a member of Robert H. Hoke American Legion Post 272, Harrisburg, Pa.
He is survived by his wife Dorothy Pinkerton, Mulberry, Fl., son David Bohner (Vanessa) Harrisburg, Pa., two stepsons Joe Wingert, Dalmatia, Pa., Jay Wingert, Lykens, Pa., step daughter, Jacquelyn O'Neill, Lykens, Pa., and seven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers please make all contributions to Trinity Baptist Church Memorial Fund, 6633 Old Hwy 37, Lakeland, Fl. 33811. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Seigler Funeral Home, Mulberry, Fl.

Please accept my sincere sympathy upon the passing of Gene. Gene was both the glue and the grease of the Central Office R/W Division. His handling of our processes before the "electronic" age of PennDOT was nothing short of tremendous. He was greatly missed when he retired.
