Really wish I could have come up for the funeral. It would have been so good to see "you guys". I'm so thankful Dad and Danny could go. Dad and I talked on the phone after. I wanted to know about the whole trip - "everywhere they went and everything that was said!" It was good. I recall those fun Sunday afternoon rides over to Aunt Francie and Uncle Norman's.... as with his horses he obviously trained his sons well. May you "carry on the torch!" God bless.

My deepest condolences to the Walsh family in the loss of their father. I have many fond memories of my Uncle Norman. He was truly bigger than life. Some of my greatest childhood memories were the summertime visits to the "Walsh Ranch." We are praying for you.

I hadn't seen Norm in quite a few years, then I saw him at a horse show last summer. I gave him a big hug and we talked a little bit. He asked about my family and of course tried to sell a horse to me or my sister. I'm glad I got to see Norm again. He will be greatly missed by everyones lives that he touched. My husband and I send our condolences to his family and Rita.

To the Norman Walsh Family:
I have many great memories of your Mom and Dad, and visits to your home in the summer of my growing up years in Ohio. I always loved seeing your Dad's love of his horses. I know he'll be greatly missed, but know that he has given you 5 sons a great legacy.

To all the Walsh family, Mr. and Mrs. Chesser and their family, I extend my deepest sympathy in the loss of Mr. Walsh. I have fond memories of horse shows I attended with Norm's niece, Kim where we had lots of fun watching the Walsh boys compete on the beautiful quarter horses. Hold fast to all your great family memories for they are a special gift from God especially after the loss of someone you hold so dear to your heart! May God comfort you during this time. My prayers are with you all.

We will deeply miss Norm, he was a good neighbor and friend of 26 years. Norm was always willing to help out, can't name the number of times he plowed our driveway in the winter and expected nothing in return. Our sympathy and prayers go out to all the family and friends, these past months have been difficult for all of you.

Before moving to Florida in 1977 I was employed at Carter-Jones Lumber Company for 14 years and knew Norm.
Norm was a very kind and respected gentleman; and I am sure he will be missed by family and all. Pat

If it is true that in the end a person is measured by the strength of their character, by the children they raised, the people who love them and how much better off they left the world, then beyond the enormity of their loss, you must be incredibly proud. Those of us who were fortunate to know Norm are left with our extreme sadness for his passing. My prayers are with the family at this time. With the recent lost of my father I know that prayers get us thru.
