Just heard of Steve's passing. A wonderful person and great shipmate. Our time on Trepang was so memorable. He will be missed greatly.

I am sorry to hear of Steve's passing. We served on the USS Trepang together and become very close. We lost touch after I got transferred. I will always remember the Med trip in 1973.

Wow, life is so short! I was taken aback by the news of Steve's death! We had recently reconnected on social media a few weeks ago after not seeing one another for 41 years! Steve and I served together on USS TREPANG SSN 674 in the ET division. I always respected Steve for his excellence in his job and for his leadership in our division. I will miss him but am so glad that he found the Lord since our days in the Navy! I too, am a Christian and look forward to the time we can reminisce about old times and praise God together! May God comfort you all at this difficult time and just remember that we who are children of God will see him again! Blessings.
