My father Fenton L. Jones held Brother Wilson in the highest regard, a true friend to the Jones family. When my grandfather passed away while I was in college, Brother Wilson handled all the details in getting me to the funeral and back to SEBC. What a man of God.

I knew Dr. Wilson for most of my childhood and adult life. He was a co-worker and friend of my father, Gene Pansler, for many years at Southeastern College. He was my professor at SEC. There was no man with more integrity than Tom Wilson. My father always said that "there would be no Southeastern University without Tom Wilson." In the 60s, 70s and 80s Dr. Wilson kept that good institution solvent and sound. He watched over the finances as a good (great) steward. His had great vision and a very bright mind. He was a gentleman and a scholar. Thank you Dr. Wilson for your great work at SEU.....it changed my life and the lives of many others. The work continues for the cause of Christ because of you. May God bless the Wilson family in this time of sorrow.
