At such a difficult time, thank you for sharing your mother and honoring her in such a beautiful manner. I know that as she looks down from the Heavens she delights in the joy of knowing she is so deeply loved and remembered. GOD BLESS YOU and YOUR FAMILY. You will all remain in my prayers.

My dear family and friends. On Oct 31, 2008 it will be ONE year of my mothers passing. It has been a tough road. If one thing my mother ever thought me, it was Faith. The same faith she always had in god, she passed on to me. I am holding on it to dearly. The memories will forever live in my heart. And they are cherished and Priceless.
I will be traveling to McAllen this weekend to celebrate her life along with my immediate family. Even though it has been one year, I ask that you keep us in your prayers.
ALWAYS A BLESSING, NEVER A LOSS.

My Dear Isaac:
I was very very sad to hear of the passing of your mother. The reason is my dad and a brother is both deceased and although it has been many years they are still in my thoughts. Keep your mother in your thoughts and remember and cherish all the great times you had. You will see her again in heaven after you have lived a very long and fulfilling life. It will take sometime for your sadness to wear off but be strong and remember that you have friends that are praying for and with you and who are always there to talk or listen whenever you so desire.

Issac,
I am so very sorry for your loss. I too have lost that special woman in my life and as you and I were talking, in some way, I think about her everyday, five years later; Be it the way she wore her hair, something funny that she said or even when someone walks by and I get a whiff of the perfume she wore. The way to honor her is to keep her in your heart, that way she will live within you always. One of my favorite quotes is "Next to GOD we are indebted to WOMEN, first for life itself and then for making it worth living." It is our mothers' that keep our spirits up when we are low and help us to realize that we can do anything no matter how big the obstacles appear before us. I will continue to pray for you and your family to give you the strength, courage and wisdom to persevere during this very challenging time. May God bless you and keep you always.

To Esperanza "Hope" Sanchez Garcia.
Without you things would have never, ever been the same. The countless hours you devoted, trips to the nursing center day after day, to hospital when she was admitted, doctor's office visits, special meetings. I could go on and on.. but I am not sure there would be enough space to do so.
I will never be able to express my gratitude in words. Though I am good at expressing myself, there really isn't any words that I can think of.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, for always have been there for our mother. Even when you were sick, had no transportation or you had another commitment, you would always find ways to manage. A very cherised lesson learned. I wish I could tell the whole world how blessed we are to have you in our lifes as a mother, sister, friend, you name it. I know that your sons & daughter will strongly agree with me.
Now mother is in heaven, watching over all of us, but especially you. Because you were there when it became time for her to depart from this earth. You were her guardian and now she is that special angel that will always be there.
Gold Bless you always!
Your brother,

Isaac Benjamin Sanchez

On Nov. 18, 1927 one of the most precious woman on earth was born. The woman I am referring to is Consuelo Sanchez. My dad, Benjamin Sanchez Mena (deceased 16 yrs ago) and my mother accepted one of the biggest responsibilities of their lifes by adopting and raising me through thick and thin. After all I am their son and will always be.
Today. Nov. 18, 2007 she would have celebrated her 80th birthday.
Speaking on my behalf, we continue to celebrate her life. Remembering the fond and cherised memories our family shared with her. She will forever live in our hearts. I know that is what will help us carry on while on this earth. And may I add, a mother is Priceless. No matter what.
In closing, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of my co-workers of the Hawthorn Suites Austin Central for the monetary contributions, to the great guests(HHSC/DADS), and all my friends from far and near for the phone calls, and cards. Your kindess and support during this difficult time in my life is worth a lot more than words will ever express. You are the best!
May God Bless you all.
