Elda Sarao Obituary
Elda is remembered as a loving and humble woman who dedicated her entire life to raising her children. Her nurturing spirit, boundless love, and wise guidance shaped their lives in profound ways. Beyond her role as a true matriarch, she approached life with greatness and gratitude.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Raquel and Daniel; a loving brother: Francisco Ramirez; and a beloved sister: Victoria Martinez.
Elda is survived by her faithful daughter, companion and caregiver: Laura Esther Boson, her loving son: Alejandro Rafael Guzman, beloved son: Juan Daniel Martinez (Esperanza+), and caring daughter: Carmen Francisca Perez Hernandez (Geronimo+), each of whom carried a pivotal role in the life and wellness of Elda over the years.
Elda also leaves behind grandchildren: Alejandro Rafael Guzman, Jr. (Jenifer), Lydia Ester Patino (Florentino III), Dr. Alexis Loreen Boson, Blanca Esther Hernandez, Beatriz Hernandez, Patricia Hernandez, and Erika Hernandez, as well as her great-grandchildren Aracely Raquel Guzman, Alejandro Rafael Guzman, III, Loren Raquelle Patino, and Florentino Patino, IV.
Visitation will take place on Monday, November 20, 2023 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and Tuesday, November 21, 2023 from 12:00pm to 8:00pm at Kreidler Funeral Home in McAllen where a recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at 7:00pm both evenings. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00am on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in McAllen with Monsignor Gustavo Barrera serving as celebrant. The interment will immediately follow at Roselawn Cemetery in McAllen.
The family is in the care of Kreidler Funeral Home in McAllen.
