Felipe Castillo Obituary
Felipe was born in Montemorelos, NL, Mexico to the late Consuelo Garrido Castillo and Leonides Castillo. Maria was born in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico to the late Aurora Cepeda Ramirez and Pedro Ramirez.
They are survived by their daughters and sons, Pedro (Sanjuana) Castillo of Mercedes, Maria (Alejandro) Rivera of Alamo, Jose (Jennifer) Castillo of San Antonio, Felipe (Blanca) Castillo of Alamo, Lilia Castillo of San Juan, and Juan (Sandra) Castillo of McAllen; along with 18 grandchildren.
Felipe is survived by a brother Leonardo Castillo. Maria is survived by four siblings Pablo Ramirez, Mrs. Guadalupe Romero, Aurora Valtierra, and Esperanza Ramirez; a host of other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation for our beloved parents will be held jointly at 5:00 pm on Friday, January 22, 2021, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan, with a rosary to be recited at 6:00 pm. Funeral service will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Saturday, January 23, 2021, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.

Mami y Papi, los extraño mucho, Gracias por todo. Que puedo decir de mis Padres, solo que fueron quien nos unieron quien siempre nos mantuvo juntos. Mami siempre sonriendo, siempre contenta. Papi, siempre listo para darle la mano a quien la necesite y siempre listo para salir a dar una vuelta. No teníamos que decirle dos ves para salir. Mis hermanos y Hermanas, ahora es nuestro deber de honrar la memoria de nuestros padres, honrar los deseos de siempre mantenernos juntos. Todo en su tiempo!

My Tio Felipe and Tia Licha were hard workers, dedicated parents, and very hospitable. They were always there for us when we needed them. We are honored to have had them in our lives. This world will not be the same without their presence. May they rest in Eternal Peace.
