FIDEL FLORES Obituary
WESLACO - Fidel S. Flores 63, passed away January 3, 2010 at home after a year long battle with cancer. Born in Weslaco to Feliipe and Eusebia Flores. Fidel served his country during the Vietnam Conflict in the U.S. Army . He was the recipient of the Good Conduct medal, Vietnam Service medal with one Bronze star and the National Defense medal. Mr. Flores is survived by his daughter; Sandra Flores. a granddaughter Amanda Zuniga and grandson Ricky Flores all of Weslaco. also survuvng are his four brothers; Roel (Fane) Flores, Felipe (Maria) Flores, Juan (Lilly ) Flores and Carlos (Patty) Flores. and 4 Nephews & 8 Nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral Services are scheduled for today Tuesday January 5, 2010 at 10:00 a.m at McCaleb Funeral Home in Weslaco. Interment to Follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco,Texas with Military honors to be conducted by American Legion Post # 101 of Pharr,Texas. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Pulmonary and Sleep center, Dr. Pedro Mcdougal,Dr Habib Ghaddar,Dr Jose Lares and Rolando Longoria & Amenity Hospice and to McCsleb Funeral Home.

I know this must be a very hard time for you, your mom, Mandy and Ricky, but know that your dad will live in your hearts forever. Thank you for sharing him with me as we grew up.
