GLENN RAMEY Obituary
RIO GRANDE CITY - Glenn H. Ramey Sr., 82, passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2011. He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas Christopher Ramey and Callie Florence Baker ChennaultLeake, his sister Lona Ruth Ramey, his brother Casper Verdray Ramey and his wife Araceli (More) Sanchez Ramey.
He is survived by his sons: Glenn H JR (Ernestina) Ramey, Gilbert W. Ramey, Michael J. Ramey, 4 granddaughters, Leslie Ann, Audrey Ann, Marie Elizabeth and Catherine Lee Ramey, beloved friend Thelma Ramey. His sister Maggie Jo RameyHipskin and brother Norman Eugene Ramey.
Visitations were held Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2011 from 3 to 9 p.m. and a rosary at 7 p.m. at Sanchez Funeral Home of Rio Grande City. Cremains will be buried Friday afternoon, Sept. 9, 2011, at Rio Grande City Cemetery. Sanchez Funeral Home of Rio Grande City is in charge of arrangements.
