GUADALUPE ACEVEDO Obituary
ELSA - Guadalupe S. Acevedo 82, entered eternal rest with our Lord Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at Arbor View Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Edinburg, TX. Mr. Acevedo was born December 20, 1929 in Sinton, TX to Maximo and Francisca S. Acevedo.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Maria Aurelia Gomez Acevedo; 2 brothers, Maximo Jr., Felipe Acevedo and 1 sister, Maria Gomez.
Guadalupe is survived by his four sons; Adoflo (Josie), Juan (Guadalupe), Ricardo (Azzenth), Guadalupe (Enriqueta); 1 daughter, Amalia (Ramiro) Morin;16 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren; 1-brother, Silverio; 6 sisters, Ofelia, Francis Martinez, Alicia Delgado, Elena Ocanas, Olivia Melendez and Susie Adame, numerous nieces & nephews.
Funeral service will be today 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 20, 2012 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elsa, TX. Interment will follow to Highland Memorial Park of Weslaco, TX. A Military service will be conducted by Sgt. Benito Alaniz VFW post# 7473.
