Lorenza Tabares Obituary
NEW BRAUNFELS - Lorenza Tabares, 86, died in New Braunfels, Thursday, June 5, 2008. A longtime resident of McAllen, she moved to New Braunfels to be near her daughter.
Lorenza is survived by her daughter, Janie (Homer) Flores of New Braunfels; her grandchildren, Veronica, Vanessa, Eric, and Priscilla Flores, all of New Braunfels; 5 great-grandchildren; one sister, Socorro Mendez of Chicago, IL; and one brother, Humberto Mendez. She was preceded in death by her husband, Francisco Tabares; and her son, Jesus Tabares.
The funeral Mass was held Friday, June 6, 2008. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be sent to Hope Hospice, 611 N. Walnut Ave. New Braunfels, TX 78130.
