Roberto Lopez Obituary
Left to cherish his memories are his brother; Mario (Janie) Lopez, sisters; Elvia (Richard) Tressler of Edinburg, Texas and Sylvia (Jesus) Rodriguez of Dallas, Texas.
His nephew and nieces; Christina Lopez, Michael (Veronica) Lopez, Alexa Tressler, Andrea (Eddie, IV) Gamez and Alyssa Tressler. Grandnephews; Drew Salas, Cody Salas, Michael Jose Lopez, Eddie Gamez, V, and grandnieces; Sydney Faith Salas, Allison D'Arrigo, Olivia Gamez and Jolie Gamez.
Bobby lived in Edinburg all of his life and enjoyed barbequing for his family. He worked in various jobs throughout his career including the restaurant equipment business, retail sales and spent many years with the Edinburg Consolidated School District working as a Cafeteria Manager. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all those whose lives he touched.
The Lopez family will receive friends on Friday, October 28, 2022 from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM with a prayer service at 6:00 PM in the Chapel of Peace at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home, 322 East Kuhn Street in Edinburg. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at 9:00 AM at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery, 1701 East Richardson Road in Edinburg. Having the distinguished honor to serve as pallbearers will be: Michael Lopez, Richard Tressler, Amando Chapa, Jr., Drew Salas, Ralph Perez and Mario Lopez. Funeral services have been entrusted to Johnny Garcia, Manager/Funeral Director and staff of Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
