Don Rogelio Botello Rios.

Sinceramente,

Ramon T. Tellez

Don Rogelio Botello Rios, Master of the Microphone, Consummate Professional. His resounding voice will never be equaled. His compassionate nature with everyone he interviewed on his TV show "Aqui Rogelio" exemplified the incredible innate talent he possessed. He will be missed by many because of the happiness he brought to us every Sunday morning. It was a gran pleasure to have worked with him. May I also add, he was a true Donna Redskin fan. Thank you for all the memories on Friday nights!
My sincere condolences to his beautiful wife and amazing sons. May the Lord be with you at this most difficult time.

My condolences to Rogelio's family. He was such a wonderful man and co-worker at KGBT. He always had a smile. I admired the way he treated all his guest - big name stars or tiny bands - they were equals in his eyes. His family is in my prayers.

Who can ever forget Rogelio Botello Rios, we grew up and looked forward to his show on tv on Sunday mornings...what an impact he had on Hispanics in the valley during the 70s. I never met him in person but I certainly grew up watching and listening to him...such a pioneer...
