Sandy Uribe Obituary

Weslaco - 1968 -2021, Sandy Ramirez Uribe, 53, of Weslaco, Texas, passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021. She was born on December 19, 1968 in Weslaco, Texas, the daughter of Celestina Salinas and Enrique Ramirez. Sandy was a loving, spiritual and compassionate person who would help anyone in need. Sandy loved spending time with her grandkids, having bbq's with her family, watching movies and simply being at home with all those around her. She enjoyed having animals of all sorts and they seemed to know because she always had one animal or another show up at her doorstep. She enjoyed her country and Tejano music! She loved to dance! Most of all she loved and adored her children, they were her world. Sandy wanted nothing more for them than to have a wonderful life.

She is preceded in death by her brothers, Enrique Jr., Alonso and Alfonso and her sister, Yolanda (Sean, Mark, Calvin). Sandy is survived by her loving husband Jerry; children, Sergio (Crystal), Jerry Jr. and Johnny (deceased); her grandkids, Jasmine, Celina, Thalia, Julian, Drake and Sky; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Viewing will be from 5:00pm - 9:00 pm on Wednesday, September 1st at the Highland Memorial Funeral Home chapel. In lieu of flowers please visit her gofundme.com page (search Sandy Uribe).
