TIBURCIO MACIAS Obituary
DONNA - Tiburcio Macias Sr., 84, passed away Saturday, October 22, 2011 at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco.
Mr. Macias was born on April 14, 1927 in San Luis Potosi , Mexico , son of Marcos Macias and Severa Segovia Macias. He is preceded in death by his wife, Basilisa Macias; brother, Alfonso Macias and his parents.
Mr. Macias is survived by his sons, Nicholas Macias, Armando Macias, Ramiro Macias, Tiburcio Macias Jr., Oscar Macias; daughters, Esther Yescas, Maria Montelongo, Reina Zepeda; brothers, Alberto Macias, Cresenciano Macias, Maximino Macias; sisters, Catalina Hernandez, Estanislada Macias and Victoria Trevino. Also surviving him are 18 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today, Tuesday, October 25, 2011 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. Rosary. Funeral mass will be Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Donna. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens .
