VERONICA BREWER Obituary
On May 27, 2012, Veronica Bernadette Brewer, of Donna, Texas went to her eternal rest with our Lord. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walton Andrew Mudd, and husband Eldon D. Brewer, Sr. preceded her in death.
Veronica was a devoted mother to her 4 children, Eldon Jr. (Margaret) Brewer; Thaddeus (Christina) Brewer; Martin, and Justina Brewer (Mart Gibson II). She was a wonderful grandmother to Michael, Kimberly, Eldon Boyet, Jayden, Ashton, and Haley. Her loving brothers Christopher Andrew Mudd, Wayne Adrian Mudd, sister Loretta Ann Moser and numerous nephews and nieces survive her.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday May 30, 2012, 12:00PM to 9:00PM with a Holy Rosary at 7:00PM at Vaughan Funeral Home in Donna, TX. A Solemn High Mass will be held Thursday May 31, 2012, 11:00AM at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church in Pharr, TX. Interment will follow to Donna City Cemetery.

From Mom's kids we want to offer our sincere appreciation and thanks to everyone who has offered their condolences and prayers. We know that Mom and Dad are together with our Lord watching over us and we are thankful for the time that we got to spend with them and people that they raised us to be.

I am sorry for her children and grand children. I had several classes with Veronica and I remember her kindness . I feel sad as we just don't know from day to day about our life's or the ones that touched them. Classmate 1961-1964

Veronica and I graduated from DHS in '64 and renewed our friendship after many years. She will be missed here on earth but welcomed by her husband and family members that are with her now.

To Veronica's family,
She was such a devoted Christian and loved our Heavenly Father so much. We were H.S. classmates and shared cards, notes and bible passages through the years. Rest in peace, Veronica. I know you are enjoying a big hug from Jesus.

Condolence to Veronica‘s Family.
Veronica was a beautiful person. We were high school classmates (Class of 64) and reconnected a few years ago. Veronica came to my mother's Nacimiento and Rosary in Donna one Christmas. She made everyone feel special by giving everyone a rosary. We all felt honored by her presence and shall never forget this gesture.
She leaves in you-all a beautiful legacy. May she rest in peace.

Eldon and Thad, my family and I send our condolences. Your mom was a beautiful person who had a way of uplifting people. I will never forget her joy, especially during our little league baseball games. I am sure you remember her sounding the cowbell cheering our team: the Braves. We will be praying for you.
