It's still hard to accept that you're gone. But every night, I look up and gaze into the starry night sky and somehow I feel comfort in knowing that you are among us, watching over us.. Dear members of Yusef's family, I only knew Yusef for a very short time, since August of 2014. We attended some classes together. He was a gentle soul, always had a warm smile, and such an accepting presence. He always helped others above and beyond what is necessary. I will miss him dearly, especially learning from him and working together on future projects. May the Good Lord help us in these pensive times. Love, prayers, and warmest of thoughts to each of you.

Our deepest sympathy to Mrs. Teresa Mohamed and family. I was Yusef's kindergarden teacher at Our Lady Of Sorrow. Yusef was one of my many students with a great talent for learning and helping his fellow classmates. Yusef was certainly a special young man who was always eager to learn. Yusef is what I would say, “had a heart of gold and made everyone he met feel special”. God bless Yusef and keep the Mohamed family in peace as you mourn your loss. Yusef will always be remembered. I have fond memories of Yusef as a 16 year old boy in my Algebra 2 class. He always had a smile on his face that reached all the way to his eyes! What a delightful young man he was, and I have such a heavy heart knowing he is gone. My sincerest condolences go out to the Mohamed family – I hope that knowing so many others share your sorrow will bring comfort and peace to your heart.
