Bill had a way of making everyone feel at ease. I remember when he showed his heroism and awesomeness when he was in his 20's. There was a car that missed the bridge at night in the freezing winter. It ended up upside down in the river--bill immediately ran out there and jumped in the river to help pull him out. He waited with a blanket til the ambulance arrived. He was so brave and had such a great heart for helping people. The mi state police recognized him with a certificate for his bravery.

We had some good times Billy. See you on the other side old friend. I was so excited when you showed up at my bachelor party. I will never forget that awesome day. It was way more important than all of the partying together in High School.

I will always remember Billy as a young boy who would come over often with his Grandpa Bill and how he would play and poke fun with my parents, Clem & Marcy. He was a dear boy who grew into a fine, fine man and these loving memories will forever be cherished in my heart. I believe he will always be near to whisper to us so that we will undoubtedly know he is safe in the hands of God.
My thoughts and prayers for all of us who loved him and who's life he touched. He will be greatly missed.

Jen and family
Words cannot express. Hold on tight laugh and talk often of the beautiful memories your family has made, and lean on each other
everyday. He was a great man and there will be many wholes in the hearts of anyone that knew him.

Bill, I was your roommate back in the late 80s, early 90s. We had such a wonderful time living on Franklin St (and later on Main St) in Mt Pleasant. I am so sadden to hear that you are gone. There was never a time that you would not help someone; you had one of the biggest hearts I knew.

God bless your family, I am sorry for your loss.

We are so very saddened by our loss.
I pray that this might bring some comfort to know that it has been written:

St John 14:1-4,6

Let not your heart be troubled: ye be lieve in God, believe also in me.
In my Father's house are many man- sions:if it were not so,I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself: that where I am,there ye may be also.
And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.
I am the way,the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Our Bill is now resting in the arms of the angels in the house of our Lord God.

God Bless Jennifer,Skyler Cassidy and Bills family
