I was deeply saddened to learn of your loss. Hardly a day goes by that I don't recall many of the valuable life lessons I learned as a young man working at Quality Printing Company. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Bob was a friend to Child Advocacy during my tenure. He always gave me a "deal" on our printing jobs regardless of the order size. We would stand and talk about community concerns and Total (Leonard) and Alma schools and mutual people that I knew from Marlette. It was an honor to know him and work with him over the years prior to his retirement. His sense of community responsibility is rare today and I enjoyed his friendship, insights and humor. I grew up in East Alma with Bob and we knew each other all our lives. I have many fond memories of Bob in our various associations. He will be surely missed and our condolences to Rita and their children. Bud Lytle

My condolences to the family. It was one of the joys of my life to have gotten to know and love Dad these last three years. He had a wonderful sense of humor and personality. He gave me great advice and was an inspiration to me and all that came into contact with him. He will be missed greatly. God bless the family at this time.
