From Rick Watts and family. Tara, we all will miss you. Even though I have not layed eyes on you for a few decades, I remember you were one of the treasures of my generation of guys. You were one of the reasons it is a known fact that New Orleans has the highest concentration of the best looking,sweetest personalities, gaming, just pure beauties in its home grown female populist than anywhere else in this nation. I was pleased to see how social media allowed us to touch base in the last year. May you rest in peace.
