Beulah Tackett Obituary
She was a native of Port Matilda, Pa., and worked as a Sunday school superintendent for the Wesleyan Church.
Beulah was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Tackett; her parents, the Rev. Larue and Lily Park; and five brothers and sisters, Larue Jr., Luella, David, Orville and Ethleen.
She was a member of Eastview Wesleyan Church.
She is survived by two brothers, Joseph Park of Lafayette, Ind., and Ralph Park of Wisconsin; two daughters, Norma Claywell of Indianapolis and Becky Burton of Eastview; four grandchildren, Debbie (Mike) Short of Plainville, Ind., Kevin (Lori) Claywell of Indianapolis, Kristi (Thomas) Green of Glendale and Kathy (Chris) Myer of Indianapolis; six great-grandchildren, Megan Claywell, Morgan Myer, Rachel Myer, Ryan Myer, Leslee Green and Lee Ana Green; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral is at noon Thursday, Sept. 6, at Eastview Wesleyan Church in Eastview with Brother Paul Hornberger officiating. Burial follows in Fairfield Church Cemetery.
Visitation is from 11 a.m. to noon Thursday at the church.

Kristi and Becky,
Sister Tackett will always be remembered in our family as a giver, teacher, and praying friend. She gave us some of our fondest memories of Eastview: from kittens to squash. She will be missed but I know she will greet us warmly one day.
