Blake Thompson Obituary
Blake was an avid University of Louisville fan.
He was preceded in death by his father, Staff Sgt. Gregory Matthew Thompson.
Survivors include his parents, Nicole and Gary Matthews of Brandenburg; six siblings, Dylan, Carter, Benjamin, Alexis, Gracie and Jaxson; paternal grandparents, Dale and Carol Thompson; maternal grandparents, Tom and Ginny Lanham and Phil and Jennifer Metzger; a special aunt and uncle, Megan and Matt Fackler; a favorite cousin, Lane; several other aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends; and a best friend, Scar.
A Celebration of Life service is at 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 12, at the chapel of Coffey & Chism Funeral Home in Vine Grove.
Visitation is from 1 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Cremation follows visitation.
