Bruce Ashabraner Obituary

Bruce Alan Ashabraner, 62, of Hodgenville, passed away Sunday, Oct. 19, 2025, in Elizabethtown.

Born in Louisville, Bruce was the son of the late William Lewis Ashabraner and Ina Ashabraner. He worked as a dedicated truck driver for Bud's Produce and was known for his strong work ethic and kind heart. Bruce also was a proud organ donor, continuing his legacy of generosity by giving the gift of life to others.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Bill Ashabraner Jr.

Bruce is survived by his beloved wife, Carolina Diana Ashabraner of Hodgenville; his daughter, Jeana (Nick) Von Lienen of Westminster, Colorado; two sons, Edward (Danielle) Ashabraner of Pembroke, and Louis Ashabraner of Hodgenville; two sisters, Beverly Farrell and Brenda Wells, both of Louisville; and five cherished grandchildren, Gabby, Anthony, Michael, Alistar and Everley.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during visitation from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 23, at Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown.
