Annette and Family, I´m so sorry for your lose. I only got to work with Dusty for a short time but my goodness, how could you not love the man he is and was. We always had great conversations and as most know that met Dusty, he never met a stranger. A tribute to the person and man that he was. There aren´t too many people in this world you can call a true friend but Dusty was!
With much prayer and love, Joel Kasper

Dusty was a beloved cousin! We all enjoyed every trip the Day family made to Kansas. Outgoing, very funny, and always inclusive of all age groups - - his zest for life, love for family, and constant source of abundant laughter comforts our hearts. Dusty was special, and will be missed. <3

I hired on with Frito Lay in Louisville Ky in the spring of 1996 with Dusty and we traveled many miles together running the CB radio having good times. I still talked to him nearly every week even though we haven´t worked together for 20 years. He is definitely the largest personality the I have ever personally known. I am going to miss our regular phone conversations while we both traveled down the highway in different parts of the country. He had more than a few stories (some were actually believable) but all of them kept us laughing in Louisville. I routinely tell Dusty stories to my friends. See you on the flip side Double D! PS don´t park a Frito route truck in front of the dock door when Dusty is on the way to deliver as it won´t work out well.

Annette and family, I am so sorry for your lose. Losing a spouse is a very hard thing. Can't believe it's been over 4 years since I lost mine then my daughter just before Christmas. May God comfort you and your family at these times. I know he will be sorely missed.
