Ileta Ortiz Obituary
She was a native of Trimble County, a member of First Church of the Nazarene and was a bus driver for Hardin County Schools.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Florencio "Sonny" Ortiz on Feb. 20, 2006; and her parents, Arthur and Ester Dean McCutcheon.
She is survived by two sons, Ron (Lisa) Ortiz and Michael Ortiz, all of Elizabethtown; a daughter, Delores (Roger) Cooper of Vanceburg; five grandchildren, Kaylee Ortiz, Ryan Ortiz, Chad Cooper, Jenifer Shoemaker and Miranda Dunn; and several great-grandchildren.
The funeral is at 10 a.m. Saturday at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with the Rev. Raliegh Bostic officiating. Burial follows in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.
Visitation is from 4:30 to 8 p.m. Friday and continues at 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of con-tributions to the American Kidney Fund or First Church of the Nazarene.

I was saddened to find out the passing of your Mom. We had known Ileta and Sonny since the Seventies. We all attended the First Church of God there in E-town. May the good Lord provide the comfort and grace you need during this most difficult time. God bless.
